Where your district taxes go
The Meadows Metropolitan Districts are small local governments that maintain medians, trails, parks and open space in The Meadows. They are funded by a portion of your Castle Rock property tax, and they are run by residents you elect.
What we are working on
Current projects, what they cost, and how to weigh in.
Median renovation
We are converting high-water turf in the medians to ColoradoScape — native and low-water plantings on drip irrigation — with a rebate from Castle Rock Water. Signs are posted at each median while work is underway.
Find your district
